By creating an account or using Kashi Darshan you agree to these terms.

1. What may be uploaded

• Only videos filmed in Kashi (Varanasi) and its sacred surroundings, such as Sarnath and Ramnagar.
• You must have the right to share the video. Upload only footage you recorded yourself or have permission to publish.
• Respect the places and people you film. Follow the photography rules of each temple and ghat.

2. What is not allowed

• Content that hurts religious sentiment, promotes hatred or violence, or is obscene.
• Graphic or disrespectful filming of cremation rites at Manikarnika or Harishchandra Ghat, or of grieving families.
• Videos of people in private moments without their consent.
• Spam, misleading titles, advertisements, or someone else's copyrighted work.
• Anything illegal under Indian law.

3. Review and removal

Every upload is reviewed before it is published. We may refuse, hide or remove any video or comment, and suspend accounts that break these terms. Anyone can report a video using the Report option below the player.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of your videos. By uploading you allow us to store, show and stream them on this site. You can delete your videos, or your whole account, at any time.

5. Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused.

6. Complaints

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
